All was perfect.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was ideal as it was close to the bus stand, making it convenient for our family trip to Aurangabad, Ajanta, Ellora, and Shirdi. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and arranged a fantastic taxi service for all our trips. Additionally, the breakfast served every morning was delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with basic amenities provided and comfortable double beds.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel was convenient for my business trip. the central bus stand and railway station were within a short distance, allowing me to easily visit Ellora and Ajanta caves. the staff was polite and helpful, especially when arranging a local cab.

The cleanliness was disappointing. the towels and toiletries were only given upon request, and the pillow covers were dirty.

We stayed at a hotel for two nights. the staff was helpful and provided us with a bottle of water and the wifi password. the room was clean and had a functioning AC and fan. they offered us complementary breakfast which was quite good and they had a good location near a main road.

We had a few negative experiences at the hotel. the hot water didn't work in the evening, which made taking a shower difficult.

The hotel could improve on the water temperature in the early morning and at night for showers.

Spent Xmas here and it was a great experience. Loved the complimentary breakfast, especially the presentation. Key location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore. Clean room, comfortable bed, and amazing gym amenity.

Toothbrushes and towels were only given when asked. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark, found a few stained cushion and pillow covers.
